We will gladly accept the return of products that are new & unused.  If the product has been used, altered or damaged by the buyer or buyer's repair person, we cannot accept it for return, or refund the buyer's money. The buyer pays for the return shipping of new, unused, undamaged parts & no shipping costs will be refunded. The refund will be processed on the same card used for the initial purchase.
